Upon completing the hours, if the employer feels the employee has good attendance and work ethic, then he/she can be hired on for no additional fee. This time allows both parties to be sure it is a good fit. Career Options is considered the employer; therefore, all advertising, screening, reference checking, unemployment, workers’ compensation and taxes are paid by us!
Direct hire positions are a great option for accounting/financial, customer service, HR, Sales, marketing, supervisory/management, and even some entry-level roles! Because skilled trades candidates are in high demand, many of these positions are also direct hire. Employers pay Career Options a fee to have the employee work directly at their company from day one (no temp-to-hire contract hours). Some candidates are more comfortable with direct hire positions because they need benefits or because they are currently employed. Our staffing firm is proud to state that our direct hire placement has a 98% success rate!
This could be for a 3-day, 6-month or long-term assignment to assist with staff vacations, large projects, deadlines, and other needs. Career Options is considered the employer; therefore, all unemployment, workers’ compensation and taxes are paid by us! For long-term employees, we offer vacation and holiday pay!
Career Options offers affordable career transition services for candidates who have lost their positions due to downsizing, terminations, or layoffs. The $500.00/pp outplacement fee is paid by each company and can also help to reduce costs, minimize litigation and make a positive impression on an existing workforce.
