1. Temp To Hire: A company can hire any Career Options employee free of charge after 460 hours on our payroll. All our benefits apply until hired. Career Options has the shortest temp-to-hire policy and one of the lowest fees in the industry.

2. Payroll Transfer Option:  If you prefer to choose your own applicants, our Payroll Transfer option is for you.  We'll help you determine the wage, provide all administrative/payroll services, and assume all unemployment and workers' compensation claims.  We're able to provide this service very affordably because people are our business.

  • Vacation Pay-One week's vacation at current rate of regular pay will be awarded for every 1500 hours worked provided performance and attendance are above average.
