Direct Hire
The direct hire option is typically for mid to higher level positions. Companies pay Career Options a finder’s fee to have the employee work directly at their company from day one (no temp-to-hire contract hours). Some candidates are more comfortable with direct hire positions because they need benefits provided by a company. Many cannot afford to wait the three to six months it often takes to receive benefits with a temp-to-hire position.
