Applicant Process
Career Options takes great care in screening and selecting candidates. We do not take walk-in appointments because we truly want to be sure that we can match a candidate’s skills and desires to a particular company. To do so, a candidate must submit a resume first. If we feel there is a match, we will then send an application. Upon review, we will contact the candidate within 2 days if we wish to interview. (All other resumes will be kept on file for 1 year.)
Once registered, Career Options will contact the applicant on open positions in order to determine if there is any interest. We take care of setting up any interviews with the client and will present job offers if desired. Candidates are always encouraged to view our postings on this website.
