Recruiting vs Staffing
Career Options’ Recruiting Division is different than the Staffing Division. Recruiting has more of a strategic outlook and is often referred to “headhunting.” Here, we focus on higher level positions. Typically, these positions are in the $70,000 range and higher, although we can do recruiting projects for those less than $70,000 as well.
The Recruiting Division uses an entirely different approach to identify and “attract” the right kind of talent. This is direct recruiting and is a very focused, intentional effort, focusing on a company’s needs full circle.
