Description:
Career Options is working with a Property Management Co. in Appleton. They are seeking 2 part time cleaners for 3 locations in Appleton. Each employee would work Tuesday and Friday evenings (4-5 hour shifts) for a total of about 10 hours for each person. This is a great opportunity for those that need additional income each week.
This team of 2 will be cleaning 3 offices complexes. You will be dusting desks, window sills, and registers in rooms, and will clean glass doors shelves, and tables. Candidate will clean and polish tile floors, vacuum and clean carpets, hallways, and common areas. You will also disassemble cardboard boxes so they can fit into refuse containers that are on site and empty all trash.
In addition, you will clean kitchen and bathroom areas and keep track of inventory such as cleaning supplies, paper products, trash bags, etc. It will be your responsibility to let your supervisor know when you are running out. Other occasional duties may be needed such as wiping out refrigerator or other light projects.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning office space is required.
Must speak English in order to communicate with tenants and property managers and be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Candidate must reliable, dependable, and trustworthy + be able to provide 2 excellent references.
A clean and neat appearance is needed as well as a reliable car (a car is needed as you will be driving to 3 locations) In addition, a valid drivers license is required.
Candidates must be able to pass a drug test.
Hours:
Tuesday and Friday evenings, Hours: 6pm-10pm (possibly 11pm) for 3 office buildings in Appleton. Both cleaners will be on the same schedule so it is important that both are able to work these same hours and are reliable!
Pay:
$10.00/hour (plus $1.00 per hour to help cover gas costs).
The total is $11.00/hour.
