This is a direct hire 3rd shift Production Supervisory position for a company in Wausau. They are a printing/packaging company. (They are open to assisting with relocation costs.) You will be supervising a team of 30 in this union environment. This is a great opportunity to work for a company that has low turnover! This position is open due to retirement.
Qualifications:
This company is seeking a candidate who has LEAN (or Six Sigma) experience, not just classroom training.
They require 5-10 years of Production Supervisory experience
Excellent communication skills, and good computer skills are needed as well as Safety/OSHA experience
They prefer those who have worked in a union setting.
Printing/packaging exp helpful.
