Description:

An independent locally owned Oshkosh business is seeking a part time, customer service representative.  This is a temporary position, possibly temp/hire, and they are looking for a friendly person!  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work.  Person must have the ability and willingness to operate in a fast paced office where priorities can change with every phone call is necessary.

You will be expected to provide timely and accurate responses to their customers. They have a  diverse customer base and their unique needs demand a high attention to detail for each quotation and order. You will be provided with documented processes and will need to adhere to policies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications: 

1-2 years of office administrative or office customer service role required.

Intermediate computer and Outlook skills needed. (They will train candidate on their specific industry software.)

This position requires working with confidential information so candidate will be asked to sign a confidentiality form.

Positive and pleasant personality needed along with strong work ethic.

Candidate must like working in a fast paced environment and be able to multi task well.

Hours:

They are estimating 24-32 hours each week.  They are seeking a person to work 7-8 hours on M, W, and Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  In addition, they may need someone to work additional hours on a Tuesday or Thursday.

Pay:

$10-12/hour.
