Description:
This Oshkosh Company is seeking a temp to hire candidate for a Technical Support in a Customer Service role. This company has 20 employees and is a business casual, friendly and fun environment.
Candidate will answer incoming calls (no telemarketing or cold calling!) from clients who have questions on their internet or email accounts. They will learn to address questions and help solve basic to intermediate problems.
Qualifications:
Must be able to learn quickly, be eager, polite and professional. Basic computer/keyboarding skills and strong customer service skills are needed. Some experience in a help desk position is preferred along with education in information technology field. Experience with the following is also preferred:
Desktop Microsoft Operating Systems
Email clients
POP/SMTP services
DNS
Website hosting & domain registration
Knowledge of different types of Internet connections
Networking
Hours:
This Company is open from 7:30 am-6:00 pm on Monday-Fridays and from 8:00 am-12:00 pm on Saturdays. They prefer candidates who are available during these times - you will work 40 hours during these open times. Availability for an on-call rotation is also preferred.
Pay:
10.00-12.00/hour
