Description:
This is a direct hire delivery driver/territory representative position in Fond du Lac! If you like to be busy and also like interacting with customers, this position is for you! This has a friendly automotive industry environment of about 30 employees in the office and warehouse. This is a dual role where you will be delivering products, processing returns, and collecting cash or checks from customers. You will also be visiting clients who have not placed orders in awhile to see if they have any needs in order to build business. (This also involves targeting new accounts and sales) You will be driving a company vehicle, organizing invoices, load truck with correct product, fill out paperwork, provide customers with correct pricing information and questions, take orders from customers, ensure customer satisfaction, establish monthly client goals, and other duties as needed.
A company vehicle is provided!
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or HSED. This position requires a clean driving record and valid driver's license. This candidate must be comfortable in the sales role and also have knowledge/interest in the automotive industry! Preference to those who have experience in aftermarket collision repair part sales or body shop experience, although general automotive interest is acceptable. Must be able to carry and/or lift 80 pounds. Great work ethic and attendance record needed in this role. Basic math and computer skills are needed and must be able to read/write/speak English fluently.
Hours:
This is an exempt role where OT hours will be required during the winter months. Approximate hours are 6am-4pm.
Pay:
This is an exempt position of $400-500/week + commission. (Estimated earnings for commission alone are $6,000-$12,000)
