Description:
This small and friendly job shop in Greenville of about 15 employees has an immediate temp/hire need for a customer service person. You will be working with some of their largest accounts, taking incoming orders, handling quotes, processing orders, doing data entry, overseeing deliveries, and taking care of customer service issues. You will also be responsible for website inquiries and other duties as needed. This will also train you on their specific industry software - JobBOSS! This is a great opportunity to learn new aspects!
Qualifications:
Candidate must have experience working in a Job Shop or experience with JobBoss Software!
Positive personality and good communication/customer service skills needed. Customer service or administrative exp required. This person must be detailed orientated and have strong follow through. Candidate will be working in the office but will need to walk around the job shop to follow up on production status so they must be comfortable in this role. Good Word/Excel/Internet skills needed.
Hours:
They prefer a candidate to work ft, 7:30-4:30pm or 8am-4:30pm, M-TH and 7:30 or 8 - 3pm on Fridays. However, they would consider those that want to only work 30-35 hours during this time
Pay:
$11-12.00/hour (possibly $12.50-13.00 for the right candidate)
