Description:
This is a temp/hire mechanical/electrical position in Fond du Lac that involves machine maintenance, possible building maintenance. This company is more than 75 years old and has 45 employees. If person has building maintenance exp, that would be ideal so they can also handle facilities management and negotiate with some vendors. Most of their equipment is older, not newer/computerized. (They do have a few new machines as well.)
Qualifications:
Mechanical machine repair experience is required. Strong preference to those with electrical experience as well. This candidate must be a team player, be a self starter, be willing to share knowledge and assist with other duties that may come up. Building maintenance exp is helpful, but not required. Math skills, such as working with fractions, are needed as well as strong attention to accuracy and work ethic.
Hours:
6am-4pm, M-TH -- 4 10 hour days (some possible OT on Fridays) - otherwise, 3 day weekends!
