Description:
This temp/hire receptionist/administrative position is for a friendly, small company in Appleton. (The environment is mostly male and the receptionist must be comfortable in this environment.) Person will be answering phone calls, providing excellent customer service to clients and vendors, typing sales proposals, handling service tickets, and other general office duties. If this candidate does get hired, they may offer additional duties down the line for you to assist clients in some general training of their product. This is a fast paced, business casual, environment.
Qualifications:
Excellent personality, communication skills and strong customer service skills. Microsoft Word skills required and 1-2 years of office experience needed as well. (Technical skills are a plus but not required.) Strong work ethic and attendance are needed in this role.
Hours:
8am-4:30pm (if hired, they do offer benefits)
Pay:
12.00/hour
