Description:
This smaller friendly company located in Greenville has a great temp/hire opportunity for you! This part time employee will be answering phones in a professional and warm manner, assist with invoicing, administrative projects, entering purchase orders, assisting with payroll taxes at the end of the month and other duties as needed. This candidate must be willing to learn general aspects of technology so when clients call, the receptionist can direct them to the correct personnel if needed. This position is great for those that love interacting with people via phone, enjoy multiple duties and like to be part of a team environment. They even offer some benefits! See below.
Qualifications:
This position requires friendly personality with excellent communication skills. (A willingness to help callers and enjoy answering phones is a must!) 1-2 years of general bookkeeping experience is needed. Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required for this role as well as desire to increase awareness of technology. This position involves multi tasking, accuracy, and the ability to keep things confidential.

Monday – Friday 8:30-3:00
Pay:
: $12-15.00
