Description:
This is a temp/hire Die Cutter position in Fond du Lac and they would be willing to train if someone has machinist experience or strong mechanical skills in manufacturing environment! This company is more than 75 years old and has 45 employees. You will be reading job ticket, setting up the machine, checking die, running the job, doing some material handling, and other duties. This is an automatic sheet fed die cutter - cuts paper and cardboard. (They use a Bobst and Sanwa die cutter).
Qualifications:
They will consider someone who has strong mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience and strong desire to learn a new field. Machining or Die Cutter experience is preferred. This candidate must be a team player, be a self starter, be willing to share knowledge and assist with other duties that may come up. Math skills and working with fractions is needed as well as strong attention to accuracy and work ethic.
Hours:
6am-4pm, M-T, 4 -10 hour days (some possible OT on Fridays) - otherwise, 3 day weekends!
