This is a direct hire, full time, Employee Benefit's Supervisor position for a company in Neenah. This is a great opportunity if you are seeking a permanent role in a friendly atmosphere and business casual environment. You will supervise two people (HRIS Analyst and Benefits Administrator), provide technical and analytical support necessary to administer the company's retirement and health plans, this position will mainly focus on the companies benefit plans as well as provide leadership and oversight in the development of the benefit staff direct reports. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of communication materials, developing cost analysis for labor negotiations, wage and benefit reviews, acquisitions, and divestitures. The Candidate will also serve as a technical expert in educating peers, human resource representatives, management and employees. Below are the main responsibilities, required experience, hours and salary.

Responsibilities:

Provides the benefits department with technical and analytical support necessary to administer the company's benefit plans.

Provides benefits compliance with all governmental laws and regulations.

Directs electronic file handling for the Company's 401k Plans, providing appropriate funding and investment of contributions, including reconciliation of all enrollment changes.

Manages the annual Healthy Rewards Program.

Investigate and resolve issues surrounding employee benefit transactions.

Design, develop, and implement employee health & welfare and retirement programs.

Serve as the Company's Wellness Committee Chair, leading and inspiring business unit Committee members in grass roots wellness initiatives and education. 

Perform other duties as assigned or requested by the Compensation & Benefits Manager.

Qualifications:

4 year college degree or significant work experience

7+ years experience with a combination of Supervisor, employee benefit and Human Resources.

5+ years hands on previous project management and analytical experience

Prior Supervisor experience

Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Publisher, and related benefits/payroll/HRIS applications

Proven project management experience along with leadership skills

Ability to facilitate and lead project teams in a self managed work group environment

Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills including customer service focused

Demonstrate ongoing motivation with self-development in staying current with industry trends and practices

Ability to exercise independent judgment in translating benefit and business strategies

Hours:

Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (The company is willing to be a little flexible for an earlier start time of 7:30 am and end time to 4:30pm)

Pay:

$59-$65k - Depending on experience
